Can't empty Clipboard error message

Hi

I've been working on a spreadsheet for sometime. This file
has grown into a decent size file (3 MB). In it, there are
hundreds of formulas and references from one cell to
another. This morning it started to give me "Can't Empty
Cliboard" message everytime I try to copy and paste cells.
Does anyone know why this happens?
