cant drag or custom size explorer windows

hi, i cant seem to click/drag (to move) , or, click/drag
(to manually resize) any internet explorer window,
including the original explorer window. the objective is
that i want to be able to pull up and position two
explorer windows side by side. i'm running windows 98 on
unix, with version 6.0.28.00 explorer.thanks.

Well, one way of achieving what you would like would be to right click on
the taskbar and "tile Windows vertically".

You are also trying to drag the window by clicking on the title bar and
dragging it, right? When trying to resize, you are getting a double ended
arrow before trying to resize?
