Can't Download Office Documents with HTTPS

When I try to download Microsoft Office documents from the
web when I am connected to that site with SSL, I get the
following message:

Internet Explorer was not able to poen this internet
site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot
be found. Please try again later.

I can download the same documents when not connected to
the site with SSL.

MS has a document on this, but it is not my issue.

Anyone else experienced this?

Select "Problems" on that site and look for your error message for some
clues.
