cant download attatchments in outlook via VPN at home

Dear community,

hi

i have access to mail from home via VPN. i use outlook for my e-mails and i
can open up e-mails OK but if they have an attachemnt, no matter how small i
cant open and get the message "cant write to file C:\Documnets and
settings\.......\OLK78 you dont have permissions for the folder etc. i can
however download 1 mb photos in seconds if i use my iinet account no problem.
any suggestions ?? IT help here is very limited .

Is the username that shows in the C:\Documents and Settings\ path your
username?

yes the user name is under my name and i am using XP ??
