Cant do ctrl alt delete

for some reason i cant do ctrl alt delete, and when i try to get to the tsk
manager otherways nothing happens either. NO box pops up, not even to tell
me that it is disabled. please help

Can you open the Task Manager by typing the following from Start>Run? If
not, do you see any error messages then?

taskmgr
