Can't display Welcome Screen

Jaime

For some reason, I cannot make the Welcome Screen show up or enable
Fast User Switching. When I click on the check boxes for "Use Welcome
screen" and "Use Fast User Switching" in the User Accounts applet in
Control Panel, it does not save them when I click Apply Options. When
I go back there again, the check boxes are not checked, so they are
not saved. Also, the "Fast User Switching Compatibility" and the
"Secondary Logon" services are set to Automatic and are running.

I noticed that I was having this problem when I installed StylesXP and
tried to change the Welcome Screen to a custom welcome screen. I set
StylesXP to apply the new Welcome screen but it did not work, as I
always get the classic start-up screen instead of the Welcome screen.

How can I enable the "Welcome Screen" and Fast User Switch??

OK, this problem has been solved. I went into registry and the value
that is supposed to have the path to logonui.exe had a different path
to another program. I think I changed something else too, but cant
remember what.
