Can't disable close button

Due to a tendency to hit the close button when I don't mean to, I have
a program that disables both the button and the system menu's "Close"
item for Outlook. Since upgrading to Office 2007, it's stopped
working. I imagine that this is because Office is drawing it's own
title bar and such. Does anyone know of a way to tell Outlook (or
Office apps in general) to make the Close button go away? Thanks!

With some Win32 API functions you can hook into the windows messages.
there's no difference between older version of Outlook and 2007.

OLKeeper prevents you from closing Outlook accidentally:
