Can't delete or move email

[deepwater]

I can't delete or move email , every time i try to
delete,it gives unknown error. even i can't open the email.

Any help will be appreciated

What version of Outlook and are you connecting to an Exchange server or are
you connecting to an ISP (POP3 etc)

I'm having the same problem and I will tell you that I'm
on an Exchange server and the version I have is 2002.
I've tried all that was on message boards and tech net and
whatever else I could find. I hope you have a different
solution.
