can't delete from add/remove safe

I can't delete sbc from add/remove,tried safe mode
also,it won't go.How do I get rid of this junk?

Norton came clean,ad aware nothing,spybot clean,hijack

this done.......It's from when I had SBC dsl,now have
cable,would like to delete it from add/remove.Safe mode
ussally works for me,but this one won't.Tried loading it
over and delete,still no go.Tried regedit too,deleted
entries for sbc,too.Reloaded and tried it again.Anything
else?

WOW,just got off the phone with them,not very helpful
because I dropped them.Told me to load it and then remove
it again,then support hung up on me.Still a no go!Any
other ideas?
