Can't delete files with specified rights

This has to with an account created in Windows 2003 server. The account is
setup for Distributed Com User, Network Configuration Operator, and Power
User. The user can't delete any files with these rights. Does anyone know
how i can get the users to delete files without giving Administrator rights?

Much appreciated!

Right-click the files in question, select Properties and click the Security
tab... what permissions does this user, and the groups that the user is a
member of, have?

Thanks! But is there a way to assign the permission for all associated
files? Say for all .mpg, .bmp, .txt, etc. instead of allowing the
permisssion for only that particular file that you right click?

You can assign permissions to a folder and this will be inherited by files
and subfolders. Therefore it would make sense to organize your files based
on who should have access to them. For example, you may not want to put
them under your own "My Documents" folder if you want other users to have
access to them.

I agree with Colin. Sounds like you need to rethink your folder hieirarchy -
and apply permissions at the share and folder levels. Keep things as simple
as possible.
