Can't delete file!

I have a folder that when I try to access it, it tells me "file or directory is corrupted
and unreadable. If I try to delete it I get "error 0x80070091 the directory is not
empty". How can I recover this file or delete it?

Maybe you could delete it in Safe Mode:

Windows Vista -

Or the following software may be useful:

Ensure that you do not have any running applications when trying to delete
the directory, there might be some dependencies there.

Thanks! I went to safe mode and ran chkdsk/f on the drive. It solved the problem!
