Cant Delete File Even In DOS

Ok i got a file. tellsme access denied.
c:\program files\vongo\content
In that is 6 files that are taking up 1GB+
i went to DOS, entered DEL VONGO when i that directory, it asked are you
sure Y or N i said Y
But its still there!!!!

what do i do?

yea i have done it in admin and in owner, nothing
i tried all the steps listed also
