cant delete email

I have an email in my outbox that wont delete. It is a really big file.
Everytime I go to the outbox, it just freezes and wont let me do anything. I
cant even delete it because it always freezes. How do i delete this message?

Open WM, go to the File menu>work offline, now open Outbox and try to
delete?

If that fails, go to the tools menu>options>general tab, remove the check
mark from Send & receive at start up>apply/ok.
Close WM, & Open again, now try deleting?

Get back if the above does not do the trick?
 
Thank you so much. I think this is the first time someone was able to
actually solve my problem. I was going Crazy!

Hi Mac,
I have tried both those options and it still freezes my computer and wont'
let me delete it!! It is really driving me crazy!!! Please Please can you
help me!
