Can't Delete account

i had recently tried to delete some user accounts because my sisters found it
'cool' to set up multipal ones but once i click on the 'delete' button it
freezes on me and doesn't respond. i read the other thread and tried

net user /delete

but it doesn't work either. any tips? ^__^

Have you tried to delete them in safe mode?

I presume you are asking what safe mode is and how to start in it. It
bypasses normal windows settings and startup programs and you get a
minimal windows system running. You can often do things in safe mode
that can't be done with the full system running.

Go to "Start" and select "Turn off computer" then select "restart".

As soon as the restart begins and BEFORE the welcome screen comes tap
F8 a few times. You will then get a menu of options. Select "Safe
mode" then go ahead and try delete the user accounts.
