Can't Delete a Task in Task Scheduler

I'm unable to delete a task in the Task Scheduler (which I ran as
administrator). There is no option in the Actions pane to Delete, nor is
there a Properties option. How do I get rid of unwanted tasks? Thanks.

I load it when needed and after using I right click on Icon and EXIT until needed again.
It is designed to watch some system changes when active which could be beneficial to
many.
