can't delete a file

I had moved my IE temp files to a different location. I
have tried to delete the old folders and files. All were
deleted except for a file that list itself
as "site=window....." and goes on to look like an
instruction to display a window in IE. It is in each of
the four temp folders under the old IE temporary file
location. When I try to delete, from the windows file
manager "Explorer", it I get a message that file can't be
found please check the name, etc. I have run the XP
ChkDsk/Scandisk function to see if it corrects this but it
doesn't seem to pick it up.

Any suggestions on how I can get this file deleted so I
can delete the folders?
