Can't defrag - Chkdsk scheduled

checked

I'm trying to defrag some drives, but the windows
defragger gives me an error message saying CHKDSK /F is
scheduled to run on drive x.

I have tried rebooting and letting CHKDSK run its course,
but always have the same problem.

How can I disable CHKDSK from running at boot, so that I
can defrag these poor drives?

Comand prompt: chkntfs /x x: second x is the drive.
