Can't Decrypt my folder

After i have reinstall the system (xp) ,i can't decrypt a folder .
Before i have formarted i have backup all my documents setting included the
specific folder .The RSA and CERTIFICATS and KEYS were backed up .
How do i can decrypt my folder.
