Cant Create Dial up Networking

B

Bob Baker

When I try to Create a dial up Point, the New Connection
Wizard blanks out the Two top options. That is: "Connect
using Dial up Modem" and the second being "Connect using
Broadband connection that requires Name and Password". The
only option left to select is the third option
being "Connect using a Broadband connection that is always
on". I have another copy of Win XP that works correctly on
the same Computer. What have I done? How can I fix it?
Thanks

Were you able to resolve this issue? All of the sudden I'm
having the same issue and can't determine where it's
coming from.

Somebody Help:

I notice that there are at least three or more postings
of the same type problem listed below. Mine problem
began after installing the latest updates and like
someone else has reported the Icons andmy ISP connections
disappeared and when I try to setup a new connection the
exact same problem as explained below occurs. Thanks
