Can't create a TCP/IP Printer Port

I have one Win2K Pro workstation that will no longer allow TCP/IP Printer Ports to be created. The error is "Error in Loading the TCP MIB Library". I have tried the solution offered by the Microsoft KB, but it did not help. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling TCP/IP, but that did not help either. I had previously created a TCP/IP Port for another printer, and that setup is still working.

Thanks for the help with this problem. The KB Article #261302 that I looked at on April 18, 2003 listed only the Wsnmp32.dll file as a possible cause. The Sept 20, 2003 version included the Snmpapi.dll also, which turned out to be the culprit.
