Can't create a 'Group' in Vista Mail

The Help File says:
1.. Click to open Windows Contacts.

2.. On the toolbar, click New Contact Group, type a name in the Group Name
box, and then fill in the boxes on the Contact Group tab and Contact Group
Details tab. You don't have to fill in all the boxes; just type as much
information as you want about the new contact group you are creating.

3.. Add contacts to the contact group in any of the following ways:

a.. To add individual contacts to the group from your existing contacts,
click Add to Contact Group.

b.. To create new contacts and add them to the contact group, click
Create New Contact.

c.. To add new people to the contact group without also adding them to
your individual contacts, type the appropriate information in the Contact
Name and E-Mail boxes, and then click Create for Group Only

But....I can't find a toolbar with anything that says 'Click New Contact
Group'.

Obviously I'm missing something here.
where is this toolbar?

Please and thank you.

I have a similar problem in that I put all of one group in a group called k
v. I began with putting all the contacts in individually; then I moved each
one invidually to the group name so that now they are not in both individual
and group. When I click on contacts at the top of the email screen; and then
click on k v; the whole list pops up
but when I type an email and put k v in the address line, it doesn't
recognize k v. Also, I've just sent an email to that group by putting in
again all of the addresses as individuals. THen I needed to send another
email to that group, and as the previous person mentioned, I need to enter
them all again.

I think I've done what you suggest and still it didn't work. Any ideas?
Thanks
