can't connect

Hello,

When attempting to reach a certain Internet address, I get the following
error message. This has gone on for over two weeks now. Yet, I have had
friends access the site without any trouble.

What could possibly be wrong?

If you haven't done so already, you might want to post this
question in the Internet Explorer newsgroup. If you do, include
the entire URL for the web site you're having problems
accessing. All you provided us was an email address.
