Cant connect using out look from a remote office to Exchange server??

Does anyone know?
I have a remote site that is connecting to the HQ exchange server and now for
some strange reason it can’t connect although I am convinced that I have
connection to the outside world because the internet is o.k. but I just can’t
figure out why I cant connect to the exchange server.

Any Ideas?

Aloha APACHEE,

Offhand I'd guess that your VPN connection is down. What method does the
remote office use to connect to the Exchange server? What version of Outlook
are you using? What version of Exchange? Can you ping the Exchange server
by name from the remote site?
