Can't connect to Secure websites

My office has 10 PCs running XP and my server is running
small business server. I can connect to everything
except secured servers. I've made sure that SSL and the
other option is checked. When I ping it I get no
response but it detects the IP address. The website is
called www.linkpointcentral.com. I have no problem at
home connecting to it. A Microsoft MVP send me a URL and
I made all the changes he suggestged but it still won't
let me connect. I've read every article abou t SSL but
no matter what changes I make it still doesn't work.
Please HELP
