Can't Connect To Internet

Prior to a couple of weeks ago, I was able to connect wirelessly to the
internet. since then, I haven't been able to wirelessly or with a cable. The
diagnosis states " There may be a problem with the DNS". I've tried resetting
the router, disabling IPv6, disabling NetBIOS over DHCP, and disabling
antivirus and software programs. Nothing seems to work. Here is my
ipconfig/all:

Assuming this is DNS, can you ping a public IP, for example, ping 4.2.2.1?
