Can't Connect To internet

I also have CounterSpy installed and I am getting the
same error. Nothing I try seems to correct the problem.

I have another box without CounterSpy installed and I
need to disable the Norton AntiVirus before the download
will work. This solution seems to have no effect on the
box with counterSpy installed.

As far as I can tell--just from reading here--this is an effect of having
both programs involved, at the moment. I don't know of a workaround--others
have reported that uninstalling CounterSpy allows for updating.
