Can't connect to internet after install of SP 2

Hi there.

I have just installed SP2 on both the computers in my house. The 2nd pc
connects via a wireless card. The first is where i have my router attached.
On the first pc i can't connect to the net after installing SP2, but on the
wireless one i can..?.

Can you help pls.
