can't connect to exchange 4.0 server on NT4.0

Dear all,

When I start using the outlook 2003, can't check the
account name and display :

'the connection to the microsoft exchange server is
unavailable. outlook must be online or connected to
complete this action'

Using exchange 4.0 server on NT4.0, I wonder if exchange
4.0 dosen't support outlook 2003
before I was using outlook 2002, working fine....
