Can't change taskbar

A

I just installed the freeware version of WindowsBlinds, and used the
JosephsART theme. It worked fine, and the taskbar was changed to fit
the theme. However, I then installed the full version of WindowsBlinds
and I got some error message about a .dll possibly being incompatible.
I clicked ok and now the theme works, but the taskbar stays in Windows
Classic mode, and only gets color changes. I can't even change it to
Windows XP style in Appearance settings. Does anyone know how to fix
this, possibly with a regedit or new .dll?

Go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs. Uninstall Full Window Blinds.
Restart and then reinstall it.
