Can't change margin setting

My right margin is always at 2.75. I can't change it. I
have tried changing it at page setup, but it goes right
back to 2.75. I tried using the ruler while in print
view. I also tried cutting and pasting my file into a
new document. Still when I go to print preview, a third
of my page is missing. And the number 2.75 remains. I
can't find any information on default settings. I have
also tried going to my printer and adjusting my margins
there. Is there an answer?

The problem is with the printer driver. Visit the printer manufacturers
website for a fixed one.
