What internet software? there is no need for internet software.Windows has
IE and
Outlook Express, please be more clear. And it has no
relevance to display resolution.

Did you install proper drivers for the monitor?

IIRC you posted elsewhere and received the proper answer. You need to re-install
your video adapter or chip drivers. Get them from the manufacturers support site,
download and install them per their instructions.

If you're not sure what you have:
Everest Home Edition (Previously free):
http://www.majorgeeks.com/downloads9.html

http://basconotw.mvps.org/dwnlds.htm

Create a new folder named Everest and extract the contents of the download to
that folder.
Open the folder and double-click everest.exe to run the application.

If you need further help:
In Everest:
Click the + next to Computer.
Click Summary.
Right click in the right pane and in the popup menu click “Copy All”.
Start a response in this thread.
Right click in the text window and in the popup menu click “Paste”.
Send the response.
