Can Anyone Help Me, I Cant Change My Desktop Wallpaper At All, When I G
To Properties And Click On Desktop In Windows Xp Home Edition There I
Wallpapers In There But Wheni Click On One Nothing Happenes I Dont Kno
What Happened, I Was Able To Do This Before. I Even Went To Syste
Restore And Repaired Windows Xp But That Didnt Help Either. Also When
Have Aprogram Open And Its Not Responding And Usally I Can Hit Alt Ctr
And Del To End Task It States That Taskmananger Has Been Disabled B
Administrader And I Dont Know Why Because I Havent Changed It Can

If you can't enable desktop backgrounds after a virus, MVP Kelly Theriot
has a fix. Look under Wallpaper-Desktop-Disable Changing here:

If Display tabs are missing, run Kelly's registry edit on line 285,
right-hand side "Restore all display tabs".

If you need more help, please post back but without capitalizing every
word. Use proper sentence structure, including paragraphs. This is not
said to hurt your feelings but to help maximize your chances of getting
an answer. Your post above is extremely hard to read and many people
will take one look and not bother.

go to start ,controll panel,account user(s) and list comes up to change your
settings i.e.desktop wallpaper.i hope this is useful,if you have photos
stored on your pc then you can also have that as awallpaper.

Slinger - You're answering posts that are a week old. That's dead and
gone in Usenet time. Try using a newsreader instead of the awful web
interface and that will make using this resource much better for you.
Since you are using the web interface, you may not realize that this is
really a newsgroup. There are many good newsreaders for Windows, but
you can use Outlook Express since you already have it. Here are some
