Cant capture from DVC via usb

T

Tony Stewy

I have a JVC Dig Video Camera model GR-D50AA
I am using windows movie maker 2

I select capture from video device

Next windows finds JVC PIX-MC10 so I run with this

Click next and enter a file name and click next

Select best quality for playback on my computer and click
next

I get an error "An Interface Has Too Many Methods To Fire
From"

How can I get it to work?

Regards
Tony

I think you need a IEEE 1394 (firewire) to capture video.
The usb is usually just for digital stills. Hope this
helps.
