Can't Browse Local Workgroup

I have a small network with 3 machines all connected to a router/switch. One of the machines will not browse the workgroup. I get a message saying that I don't have administrative rights to the local server and contact support. I am using winxp home edition and have been able to browse the workgroup in the recent past. The other two comptuers see the one that I am working on. Any thoughts greatly appreciated
