Can't boot!!!

I receive an error message saying to insert 'system disk to continue'. I have
no idea what that is please help. In desperate need of computer!!!

<LOL> I bet that's it! :-) I was cringeing thinking about asking this
guy about boot orders, number of hard drives, boot.ini files, active
Primary partitions, etc. ("boot.ini file? I can't see it listed, but it's
in msconfig. Why can't I see it?")
