Cant Asign a Task

I have user in an Exchange 5.5 environment, using Outlook
XP trying to assign a task and when he sends it get the
error "The Tasks folder could not be found". Any Ideas???
 
Start Outlook by Start-> Run; "path to outlook.exe" /resetfolders
