can't archive inbox folder to specific date--Still keeps older le.

I had too many old emails in my inbox and I have tried manually archiving
this inbox to archive anything older than 6-30-04. I also included: "include
items with "Do Not Archive" checked, but still have emails with older dates.
Please help. Thanks.

Got the same.. my outlook created a copy of my personal folders into archive
folder, but its empty :/

btw have you enabled archiving at tools/settings/others/archiving ? maybe
you have a bit different menus because im using hungarian office

im using the ms exchange system to get mails.. and you?

Archiving uses the modified date of an item, not its received date, to
determine whether or not it's eligible for archiving. The modified dat is
usually not displayed, but you can add it to the current view with Field
Chooser.
