Can't add row or column field in PivotTable

Hi, when I try to create a Pivot Table in Access 2002, I am only able to add
fields to the "detail" section. If I choose to add a field or column, the
"add to" button is grayed and doesn't work. I have tried this following the
steps in the example "my first pivot table" or something like that from MS KB
and the same thing happens.

Does anybody know why I can't create PivotTables?

Installing SP-3 fixed this,

Or perhaps it was a problem with a converted database... I created a new
database and then copied tables and queries from the old one.
