Can't Add "From Field" to Email

I use Outlook 2002. I tried to add the from field to my
emails, but it is not showing up in the "view" menu
within a new email. Suggestions? Thanks.
 
Did you try the Options dropdown?
I assume you know the From: field does not control the account from which
the message will be sent.
 
Can that be controlled in Outlook or do you have to use Active
Directory? Thanks!
