Can't add Business Contacts to my favorites folder in Outlook

Hello,

I have MS outlook2003 with all the patches/sps. When I applied the patch
for Business Contact Manager, and rebooted, my business contacts no longer
show in the mail view. I see the folder but it only shows deleted and
search folders. If I switch to folder view they show but then you can't
right click on them and add them to your favorites folder.

I'd also like to assign it a button below - for example now I have mail,
contacts and calendar - I'd like a business contacts button.
