Can't access to the folder/file.

Hi! I am using WindowsXP Professional with SP1 installed. I am update it from Win2000 Pro. When I start working I have a trouble with accessing to some folders and files. I have a Administrator privilegious, but system gives me the error message: "access is denied!". This files are situated on Local Disk D: there are some games, programms and just some music files or pictures.

So, what's wrong? What I am doing wrong?
