Can't Access some Web Pages

Hi Group,
I am using IE6 on WinXP and have found that I can't
access some webpages. The same web pages are accessible
on my laptop using IE5.
The page that is returned states that the page can not be
displayed. "Incorrect page error".
Is this a "feature" of IE6. An example site is
www.partylite.com.
I am at a loss as to why.
Can anyone help please?

First thing to check.

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.
