can't access my yahoo mail account.

hi,
When I type my user name and password to access my yahoo email account a
box appears with this message ...

Getting file Intformation:
login? .rand=5uu2vsmkn7vct from uk.f251.mail.yahoo.com

After a few mintues another box appers which reads ...

Internet Explorer cannot download login? .rand=5uu2vsmkn7vct from
uk.f251.mail.yahoo.com
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested
site is either unavailable or cannot be found. please try again later.

This problem has been happening for over a week and I can't access my yahoo
mail account to read my message.
If anybody can help me I will be greatful

Clear the IE cache. (IE, tools, Options, Delete Files button, include
offline content.)

Yahoo also uses a Cookie, you could try deleting that too.
