I'm not sure if this is why we're experiencing the
problem, but we installed WinXP service packs: 824141,
823182, 825119, 828035. Now we can't access the internet
or email. All local programs are working fine. ISP says
connection is fine. I've tried doing System Restore.
Doesn't change anything. Tried booting from "last known
good config". Didn't do anything different. Can I
somehow uninstall the service packs? Will that work?
I spent 2 hrs. with a technician online and we tried just
about everything. Anything I can do besides start over?
