Can't access email attachments after 9/10 Security Update

I can no longer access .pdf attachments after updating
XP with the latest security update.

When attempting to access, I get "OEM removed access to
the following unsafe attachments to your mail: xxxx.pdf
or doc"

Outlook Express:
Open Outlook Express.
Click Tools, click Options, click Security tab.
Uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."
This change that Microsoft implemented is to help prevent viruses and
other bad code being received with attachments.
It is very important to keep your antivirus updated and run it at
least weekly.
