accessing attachments

I just download XP patch and now I can't access any
attachments; the message reads: OE removed access to the
following unsafe attachments in your mail.
Help!
 
It's a security feature. You can disable it: Tools / Options / Security -
uncheck the "Do not allow..." checkbox.
