Can't access Documents folder.

I can't access the folder on my "C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Documents" on my C drive. It says "Access denied". The properties of
the folder are - 0 files, 0 folders and size is 0 bytes !!

Please let me know how to get rid of this problem.
