Can't access directories or folders

I have been running xp pro since day 1. Recently I
started receiving a message(This module was created with
a trial version of Delphi and the trail period has ended.)
I am able to run programs but not acess folders, control
panel, windows explorer etc. I noticed this problem after
I copied a file to the register called RegFix2. I have
deleted the file and reinstalled XP pro. Can you please
help. Thanks in advance
