I have Windows 2000 Professional. When I boot up my machine, it never displays press F2 for setup. I would like to change the boot order to boot from the floppy drive. Is there another way to change the boot order?

Your question is not related to Windows 2000 but is fully covered in the
manual for your PC. On some PCs you need to press F2, on others Delete, F1,
F10, Ctrl+Esc etc etc.

The operating system is immaterial. Only you know what
motherboard and BIOS you have, so only you know the answer to your
question. ;-}

In the extremely unlikely event that your PC's manual doesn't
contain the needed information, try one or both of the following:

How do I access my computer's setup (BIOS)

Wim's BIOS Page

Should I see a message displayed during startuo indicating which key to press to get into setup

Thanks

That used to be the case, but now many OEM PC manufacturers "hide"
the POST (Power On Self-Test) displays and the "Press xxx to Enter
Setup" prompt in order to display a self-advertising logo. (Don't see
the point of this, myself; after all, you've already purchased their
product. Why do you need the reminder?) So, on some models it's
necessary to read the manual to determine the proper key or
combination of keys.
