Can't accept License Agreement

I'm trying to download the latest XP updates (Windows XP
Professional software, new PC). Once I select an update,
the license agreement pop-up appears. However, I am
unable to accept the agreement because the dialog box
cuts out that portion...no way to expand the box. Is
there a way to correct this, or accept the agreement even
though it is not visible?

Rich --

Right-click on your desktop and select Properties > Settings > Advanced.

Under the "General tab" in Advanced Display Settings, adjust your
DPI setting to "Normal Size (96 DPI)" and click "apply".
